Happy Monday! Today I am feeling a bit sleepy but also very creative and ready for a different lense for this week. I found a couple new creatives over the weekend who really inspired me to look outside of what is “trending” on instagram right now. I think it’s hard to not want to do what everyone else is doing or wear what everyone else is wearing. Insta has a way of trend forecasting for you, but I think it’s important to stay true to yourself but always be growing in ways that suit you & your style. For example, the 90’s trend is very popular right now. Sometimes I feel like I want to be the cool girl on Insta & play into that trend but at the end of the day I would NEVER wear anything remotely close to some of those styles out and about or to dinner with friends, cause frankly it’s just not ME. So I am kinda leaning into the notion that I just need to do ME & there are people who follow me for that exact reason. I am falling back on the quote that goes “No one is like you & that is your super power.” Kinda random but just sharing my Monday thoughts which will evolve into my intentions for the week of just staying true to thyself!
But in the meantime, here is a new Monday Wallpaper that kinda plays into that! Love the quote of “Every next level of your life will demand a different you.” So true! Every new stage of life I grow & change into what is required of me, I find that so cool!
