January has literally flown by and Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! To be completely transparent I am not really a big Valentine’s Day gal & my husband and I don’t really celebrate it. He will usually buy me flowers and we’ll cook dinner together that night. You will not catch me in a restaurant on Valentine’s night, I find it impersonal and don’t like to pay a premium on a fixed menu for a hallmark holiday – and THAT is the real truth! But I do think a gift everyone once in awhile on Valentine’s is nice but I am definitely more of a Galentine’s day kinda girl.
